Altis Consulting Pty Ltd (“Altis”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting personal information and handling it in an open and transparent manner. We use personal information to deliver our consulting, analytics and technology services, manage client engagements, improve our website and services, undertake marketing and business development activities (where permitted), support recruitment and workforce management, and meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

We may disclose personal information to related entities and affiliates, clients (as part of service delivery), contractors and service providers, professional advisers, and regulatory or government authorities where required by law.

Altis does not disclose personal information processed on behalf of clients to overseas recipients.

In many cases, Altis acts as a service provider and processes personal information on behalf of clients. In these circumstances, the client determines how personal information is handled and our processing is governed by our agreement with that client.
If you have concerns about personal information processed on a client’s behalf, you should contact that client directly.
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on appropriate lawful bases, in accordance with applicable rights, and with safeguards for cross-border transfers.
