I joined Altis as a graduate consultant in 2018, initially coming from a background in software engineering with limited knowledge of data and analytics. While searching for graduate roles, I discovered Altis, and from my very first interview, I knew it was the right fit for me.

When I lost my wife to cancer, I found myself navigating life as a single parent to a two-year-old boy. I was looking for an opportunity that would keep me professionally engaged while giving me the flexibility to raise my son. That's when Dawie introduced me to Altis and within two weeks, I started a new chapter in my life.
