Course overview

This intermediate course builds on foundational Tableau skills, focusing on enhancing analytical depth, interactivity, and performance in dashboards. The course introduces advanced calculations, parameters, advanced chart types, data blending and LOD expressions. It is intended for users who are comfortable building basic dashboards and now want to build smarter, more insightful, and more responsive visualisations.

Intended audience


This course is intended for Tableau Creators with at least 3 months of hands-on experience or who have completed Tableau Desktop I: Fundamentals. Participants should already know how to:

This course is ideal for analysts, developers, and data professionals seeking to build more dynamic, insightful, and user-friendly dashboards.
